On Friday, June 26, at 7:30 p.m., performers will include singer-songwriter Kenneth ?Babyface? Edmonds; acclaimed guitarist George Benson; singer Ledisi; and Jazz Attack, a group that includes Rick Braun, Jonathan Butler and Richard Elliott. The June 27 concert, at 7 p.m., will feature the O?Jays, Michael McDonald, American Idol star Fantasia and the Forte Jazz Band, a group from Hampton Roads. The festival concludes at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 28, with performances from Patti LaBelle, Robin Thicke, Washington D.C. legend Chuck Brown - known as the King of ?go-go? music - and Keiko Matsui.
